    Located in the Blue Ridge Mountains, our Ridgecrest team creates an environment for cultivating experiences, nurturing relationships, and impacting lives for God's glory.


    This position is responsible for servicing guest rooms during guest stay, and then cleaning the room on the their departure. This position utilizes a standard cleaning assignment to clean and sanitize an area of responsibility within a building. You can learn more about what it's like to work on this team at Ridgecrest directly from some of our employees in the videos below.

    • Cleans assigned areas according to departures or stay-over status of guests
    • Straightens and arranges furniture
    • Inspects and reports furnishings for repair
    • Maintains equipment and supplies used


    • Some knowledge of cleaning procedures
    • Ability to follow instructions and to perform medium to heavy physical work
    • Must be able to communicate effectively with their supervisor and the general public
    • Must be able to follow instructions and other communications regarding assignments and other matters
    • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred
    • Work will include significant amounts of bending, stretching, kneeling, twisting, and lifting on a daily basis
    • High school graduate or GED desired
