    Responsibilities

    LifeWay's Ridgecrest Conference Center is looking for a dynamic employee to serve on our Front Desk staff.  The front desk is one of the first places we are able to serve our guests and we are looking for someone great to join our team.  Daily duties include answering phones, checking in guests, processing departures, preparing group arrival packets, and solving problems.  We need someone who can exemplify our mission statement (Cultivating Experiences, Nurturing Relationships, Impacting Lives for God's Glory) in everything they do and serve our guests with excellence and grace.

     

    A flexible work schedule such as evenings/weekends (including holidays) is very important to us.

    • Excellent math skills.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills required. 
    • Must have proficient computer abilities.

    Qualifications

    • High School graduate or GED desired. 
    • Hotel front desk experience is a plus.
